“I am the contact for our clients, my role is marketing and cold calling. I contact companies who have never worked with Aerocar. I just call them and ask if they have to deliveries abroad. Or I ring a company that has given us consignments once before.

How do I convince people to work with us and not with other companies that might look the same? I explain that we are a small company that thinks big. The communication lines are short, so we can respond quickly. Nothing is impossible for us, and we are all very involved with the client. Our heart is in our work. That’s the key to our success! What I like about this company is that everyone actually relates with the clients. We all know what’s going on.

I have been working for Aerocar since 2005, and I still think of it as a sport to persuade a company to become our customer. It becomes a challenge to retain their busines, something we do very often, clients are loyal to us! I think this is because we accept our responsibilities. If anything goes wrong, we will find a solution. You don’t get quality certificates like Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and ISO 9001 for nothing. That makes us different. And, of course, that is what I am keen to explain to new clients".
