Lex Vooges – Quality Coördinator

“I have a combination of duties at Aerocar. I am not only concerned with quality certifications, but also with IT. And I am a Company Emergency Responder. This all gradually evolved, and I have been given every opportunity to do the training and develop the skills. That way I could create my own job.

I am the contactperson for rules and for compliance, which allows me to make it my business. For instance, the whole Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and ISO 9001 process was developed under my guidance. Now it’s down to verification and maintenance.

Yes, I have been working here for a number of years. The company expects a lot from you. But when you need something, you get it. That keeps me on my toes.”
